Is Legion Run a competition?

Not at all. Legion Run is not a race, we don’t even limit you in time. No prizes, no medals, no diplomas. This is a personal challenge, which in turn requires some teamwork. All you get at the finish line is beer, a T-shirt, and the real pride that you did it.

How to join my team?

Just fill out the registration form, then add the team name and secret password in the appropriate fields. Everything is very simple.

My team’s wave is full. Can I join them?

Of course. Just let us know at info@legionrun.com and we will add you to your team.

How many people can be in a team?

It’s completely up to you. But to benefit from a team discount, you must be at least 10.

Can I skip an obstacle ?

The important thing is to have fun
There is nothing obligatory if you do not like an obstacle or the strength, you can miss it or ask for help from another legionnaire on the way.

How to pay for my ticket?

We accept Bank Wire, and Card Payments.

I am 16+. Can I participate?

The event is adult only but individuals 16+ are allowed ONLY if they bring together with the ticket notary signed from both parents document (download here in bulgarian) and an 18+ adult attendant that should sign the waiver and participate togetherwithhim/her.

Is there a refund policy?

Our tickets are non-refundable unless you have purchased a special price category allowing this explicitly.

What payment methods are available?

Tickets are available exclusively online up to 14 days before the event date (changes may apply). You can buy ticketsat the door as well, but keep in mind that prices will be significantly more expensive than theyare online.

What does the price include?

There could be some minor differences depending on the specific event and venue. Theregistration fee always includes your entry, a free beer and an exclusive “I am Legion” t-shirt.Showers and drinking water along the course are also covered. To see the parking and bag check policy for a chosen event, just choose it from our events schedule.

How much do tickets cost?

It depends. Group tickets are cheaper than individual ones. Besides, prices increase the closerto the event you wait. Signing up early will save you money and make it easier to recruit friends.To see the ticket prices for a specific event, just choose it from our events schedule.

Can I buy ticket at the door?

If you’ve missed your chance to sign up online, you can still buy a ticket at the door on the eventday. To see the prices, go to our events schedule and click your chosen event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else/another event?

Yes. Changes are possible up to two weeks before the event date. If you wish to make a change less than 2 week before your event date a fee of 5 EUR for the change will be applied.

What do I receive after I register?

You will receive a confirmation mail “This is your ticket”. Please print it, read the attached waiver carefully and then sign it. Additionally, in the week before the event we will send you two more emails with useful info such as recommendations, list of must-haves and directions how to reach us.

When is the deadline for registration?

To see a specific deadline for online registrations, go to our events schedule and click yourchosen event. Note that the closer to the event you get, the more prices will increase. Signing up early will save you money and make it easier to recruit friends.

What info is required to register?

You’ll need to fill in your full name, birth datе and t-shirt size. Team registrations require also a team name and a secret code.

Will there be any after-party?

Why after?! The whole event itself is a priceless party – there will be food, drinks, music andsome happy muddy creatures wandering around.

Will there be medical help?

Yes. Several first aid teams will be positioned along the course, ready to assist immediately ifmedical help is needed.

Will there be food and drinks on site?

Along the course there will be several stations with free water for all the participants. Besides,there will be food and drink vendors on site offering something for everyone, so please don’tbring food and drinks with you.

Am I allowed to skip obstacles?

Of course! Remember?! This is not a competition, so there are no penalties for bypassing. Infact, we actively encourage you to skip obstacles if you are even the slightest bit unsure. Theidea is to challenge yourself and have fun, not to terrify yourself or get hurt in any way.

How long does it take to run the course?

Finish time depends on you and your team, on whether you are competitive by nature or youare doing the course just for the fun of it. The average finish time is 1,5 hour.

Can I buy ticket at the door?

Yes, you will be able to buy a ticket in cash at the door. To see the prices, go to our eventsschedule and click your chosen event.

What should I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable wearing while running 5k, jumping, climbing and crawling throughmud is fine. Don’t think so much about looking cool, be practical and wear clothes you won’t beworried about.

What do I need to bring in order to check in?

Bring a valid government ID (ID card, passport or driving license) plus your printed and signedticket.

When should I arrive?

Make sure that you arrive at the check-in at least an hour before your wave time. Allow yourselfenough time to park, check in and warm up. Keep in mind that, if you come late, you may not beable to join your team and will have to run in the next available wave.

Do I need a team to participate?

Not necessarily. If you don’t have a team, do not hesitate to buy an individual ticket. You will notbe bored, not even for a minute. You will run side-by-side with hundreds of other participantsand most probably make some spontaneous friendships along the course (yep, among theLegion Run’s side effects).

How to pay a team registration?

You can pay together or separately one by one – our ticketing system supports both.

My team’s wave is full. Can I still join them?

Please write us at info@legionrun.com to make sure there is still the option to add more people to teams in that wave. Otherwise you will be offered to move the whole team in a start time with more free spots.

How many people can be on a team?

It’s entirely up to you. However to benefit from the team discount, a minimum number of teammembers apply.

How to join my team?

Just fill in the registration form, then add your team name and the secret team code in theappropriate fields. As simple as that.

How do I create a team?

All you need to do is pay for the first ticket. During the signup process you will be asked to setup the team name and…voilà! Your team has just been created. Now others can join wheneverthey want by entering the team name. Upon registration everyone pays for their own ticket, but benefits from the actual team discount.

Will there be showers?

Yes. Do not expect five-star facilities though. You’ll be able to hose down mud and sweat at theend of the course. We kindly ask all participants to use the shower facilities wisely in order toavoid unnecessary queues.

Will there be a gear check area?

Will there be parking available at the event?

Yes. For more info please go to our events schedule and click your chosen event.

Do you offer transport to the event location?

We don’t. However feel free to use the Facebook page of your event to search for or post ride-sharing announcements.

How to get to the event location?

The location map and GPS coordinates are listed on your event page. Additionally, in the weekbefore the event we will email you the directions to the site. In the meantime, keep an eye onthe Facebook page of your event for more news and updates.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no pets are permitted on the site because of the risks and impacts involved. Dogs areawesome, however it’s not possible to predict their reaction to the crowd and all the adrenalinearound.

Can minors and kids come as spectators?

Sure they can. But if you want to enjoy the Legion Run vibe to its fullest, we recommend you toleave the little darlings at home.

Am I allowed to take pictures or make videos on site?

As many as you want! But if you represent a media, you need to request accreditation andprovide us a copy of the footage afterwards.

Am I allowed to walk the course along with the participants?

Hell yeah! We are among the few in the obstacle course industry that allow spectators to fullyexperience the event thrill. They are allowed to follow the participants along the course and takepictures. But please note that spectators must not get in the way of participants, attempt orcomplete obstacles.

Do you charge a spectator fee?

That depends on the specific event and venue. Spectator tickets are available only at the dooron the event day. To see the spectator policy for a chosen event, just choose it from our eventsschedule.

Are spectators allowed on site?

Sure! The more the merrier! Spectators are more than welcome to support participants, followthem along the course, and take countless shots of them jumping over fire or crawling underbarbed wire. The fun is definitely worth it.

Can I make photos and videos of my kid/s during the course?

Yes, you can! Make photos, videos, capture those funny moments with your kiddos to share with family and friends as we all know how fast they grow 🙂

Can I go along the Kid’s course next to the obstacles?

Yes, definitely you can! Cheer your kiddos as much as you can 🙂

Can I go through the course together with my kid?

Yes, you can, especially for the younger ones.

How do I register my kid/s for Legion Run Kids edition 2.0?

How old kids are allowed?

Legion Run Kids is designed for kids aged 4-14 years old.
